Shipping & Returns

Shipping fees are as stated when placing the order and are based upon products shipped.  Orders over $50 will be shipped via ground for free (U.S. only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Returns are generally not accepted.  If there is an issue with an order, please notify us immediately at info@doorcountysoapcompany.com along with the details so we can address any concerns at once.

Overnight service is available for an additional $10.00 fee plus the overnight freight charges. If you need your order shipped the same day we recommend you call us at (920) 868-4321 to confirm receipt and shipment of order.
