Conditions of Use

We will make every effort to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt.  If we do not have the product you ordered in stock we will ship what you did order that we have in stock.  We will also try to notify you via e-mail before we ship original order to suggest something different that we have in stock or give you the option to cancel remaining backorders. 

Our products are handmade so you may experience minor variations in color, weight, texture, scent or wrapping from shipment to shipment.  Each bar varies slightly in sizes and shape but we ensure each bar weighs the minimum stated ounces on each respective bar.
